[Drabble] - Bankai (Echizen; G)

Word Count: 125
Notes: I think the parallels are fascinating :P Super Tennis is like Bankai, anyway
"Bankai!" Yukimura voice was unnaturally low as he twirled his racket before smashing the tennis ball into the opposite court. "Suzumushi: Enma Kourogi."
The second Echizen's racket touched the ball to return it, everything went black. Not one to be deterred by a loss of vision, he focused on his other senses. Only to find that he could neither hear nor feel the impact of the ball against the racket in his hand! He could sense nothing apart from the blood rushing through his veins. This was like floating outside of his body in another dimension.
Echizen jerked awake and looked blearily at the TV screen. He shouldn't have stayed up watching the infiltration of Seireitei all night, especially not the fight Kenpachi versus Tousen.
