Well, I mentioned the sister community of fic_promptly on LJ, which is comment_fic. Now and then I also write ficlets for 31_days / 31_days. They're different communities in both cases. The LJ versions are a little more active.
Then there's prompt_in_a_box, which gives out three random prompts every month. You have to choose your three "boxes" and will be sent an email with the prompts that are inside. It can be a bit more inspiring than looking through thirty to a hundred prompts at a time, but it depends on the prompts you receive.
Years ago I also wrote for femslash100 or slashthedrabble and I still follow a gazillion writing communities that I never check out. Ahem.
Speaking of writing. I saw you wrote for Frankenstein. That is so awesome! Can't wait for this month to be over to read them :D
As for fandoms, they fluctuate. A while ago, I was into Supernatural, before that it was Resident Evil again I believe, sometime before that Dexter. Can't really say I'm into a fandom, because I seldomly participate in anything. Some manga fandoms stay with me though. Bleach, for example. Still read it every week. And Gintama is my favourite even if I haven't caught up with it a while.
Right now, I'm working on a Sherlock fic that's eating my life, because it just does not want to happen. I've been poking and prodding it all month (and so many months before this, but not as insistingly) but it's ignoring me! (And when I desperately want to finish something, I neglect everything else.)

Phew, I'll stop here, I promise!
